“And without faith, it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.”
(Hebrews 11:6 ESV)
“And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
(Matthew 21:22 ESV)
“So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ.”
(Romans 10:17 ESV)
Things happen. That can’t be helped. It’s a fact of life.
What do you do when life gives you lemons? Do you make lemonade or curl up in a ball and stress out? I would hope you would make lemonade and move on. I am learning to make lemonade.
But in order to make it, you have to have faith. I have a plaque on my wall that stares down at me. It says, “Let your faith be bigger than your fears.” Is your faith bigger than your fears? If not, take a deep breath and relax.
Sometimes, the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best. Turn it all over to God and let Him deal with it. Isn’t that what a loving Father does?
Have a great day, everyone.
