e was struggling with who he was and what he wanted from life.

What he didn’t know was he had great potential and the world was waiting for him.

He tried desperately to fit in to what seemed to be an unreceptive world.

What he didn’t know was he had a place waiting for him to grow, a place created especially for him from the moment of conception. It was God’s plan for him.

Everything seemed to go wrong all at one time. He thought it was a reflection of who he was and the way his life would always be.

What he didn’t know was, life happens like that sometimes. We get overwhelmed by what is going wrong and become blind to all that is going right.

He couldn’t take it any more.

What he didn’t know was, he could. God would have gotten him through it all.

He committed suicide on Wednesday. He was just 17.

Today several hundred young men and women from his high school showed up at his funeral.

He had that many friends.

He that much love in his life.

It wasn’t the gun that killed him.

It was “what he didn’t know.”

Tell someone you love them, let someone know you care. They might not know it.
