“Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you.”

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

(Jeremiah 29:11 ESV)

A friend sent me this a while back when I was going through a rough patch.

“I think eventually you come to a point in your life where you’ve seen God come through so many times, in so many ways, that when your plans fail or a door closes, or a person walks away, you are completely at peace knowing that He has never let you down and that He will never let you down and what He has planned next will always be better than what’s behind.”

That’s the whole secret behind God. And it’s not a secret. God will never let you down, no way, shape, or form. It doesn’t matter what you are going through, God has the solution already in place. We don’t have to worry about it because once we have given it to God, we can rest in the knowledge that it is being taken care of.

So the next time you have a problem, turn it over to God and let Him take care of it.
