Dawn’s Awareness

Hush!  Hold your breath!  It is called the “Breaking of the Dawn’s” time
But in reality it is an awesome awareness of the presence of God we find

The  trees silently and reverently are caught in their praise
their hands softly clapping, their  branches ever so quietly wave

The sun lets it light ever so gently and slowly peek at this days dawning
And I enjoy nature as it shows me the awareness of HIM as I set, yawning.

The grass now showered with wetness of the early morning dew
trembles quietly, oh so awed with His  presence too

Flowers, some open their beauty and then bow or wave
some peek at HIS presence and with their sweet perfumes do they praise.

HE who made, who created,  who hung in the sky the sun and moon
the birds sing their praises sweetly with their own sound or tune

Then the moment when it is darkest, the darkest time of all this night
Dawns arrival greets HIM and us with another mornings light.
