Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.

(Matthew 7:13-14 ESV ESV)

Thus says the Lord: “Stand by the roads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; and walk in it, and find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’

(Jeremiah 6:16 ESV)

The road I have traveled has not always been easy. There were areas that were very rocky. But I’m still here. I know the reason I am still here today, the only reason I am still here, is that Jesus was walking with me every step of the way. He was with me then and He is with me now. Jesus walks with me every day. He holds me up in the rough times and rejoices with me in the good. Jesus helps me and He helps you.

How is it that He can be everywhere at once? I don’t know but I know He is. He is here with me and there with you. Jesus will go ahead of you to fight battles or clear obstacles out of the way for us. He loves us so much that He will fight for us. He will hold us in the bad times or just walk beside you until you want to talk to Him.

Next time you think the road you are walking is too rough, just reach out. Jesus is right there with you.

Have a blessed day everyone.
