“Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.”

Has God ever asked you to let go of something you were believing and praying for? God asked me to the other day.  I’m not going into details, but I agreed that I would let it go. He asked if I would let go of my dream to help someone else achieve theirs.

God does that sometimes. He asks us to let go of something. His plans are way better than ours anyway. Usually, when He does that, He has something better coming. If He asked me to give up my hearts desire for someone else to get theirs, I will do it gladly.

So if God asks you to give up something, I suggest you do it. God’s plans are better than ours anyway.

Am I giving up on my dream? Nope. I’m just putting it on the back burner until God says, “Let’s circle back around to it.”
