“Be still and rest in the Lord; wait for Him and patiently lean yourself upon Him. Fret not yourself because of him who prosper in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.” (Psalm 37:7 AMP)

I was on my way home from church yesterday and heard the song, “Come What May” sung by We Are Messengers:

“In every high, in every low
On mountain tops, down broken roads
You’re still my rock, my hope remains
I’ll rest in the arms of Jesus
Come what may.”

Words to live by if you ask me. It doesn’t matter what we are going through, Jesus is there. Just lean in and rest in His arms. Let Him take care of you.

I have had good times and bad times. But every time Jesus was there waiting for me to give my problem to Him or waiting to rejoice with me over good times.

I will admit, I didn’t always give my problems to Jesus before I tried to take care of them. I will also admit most of the time I failed horribly at fixing them. But I have now learned that if I just give them to Jesus, and leave them with Him, things work out so much better.

So if you are going through troubles give them to Jesus. Then just rest in His arms and let Him handle it.
