“For this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.” (Matthew 26:28 ESV)

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.” (1 Peter 2:24 ESV)

For those of us who have done laundry, we know how hard it can be to get out stains. It’s not so hard to get the stains of sin out though. We all have carried the stains of our sins. But there is a great detergent that will wash those stains out and leave you white as snow. That detergent is named Jesus’s Blood. You see He shed His blood for us. He died on the cross for us.

The blood of Jesus is a powerful tool. We can use it anytime we want. You can plead the blood of Jesus over circumstances, problems, worries and cares. You can use the blood to cover yourself and others for protection. The blood is a multitasker. It can be used for a multitude of things.

Next time you have something come up, pray. Then use the blood. I think that by using the blood you are calling on Jesus for help. He will help you. He is waiting for you to ask. What are you waiting for? Go ahead.
