Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

There’s a flood coming in the desert places. Build a boat and go with the flow. God is doing something wonderful very soon. God is restoring what has been stolen. You have your part to do though. Believe, trust and have faith. Can you do that? Can you build your boat out of belief, trust and faith? God wants us to completely trust Him for all things. But we fall short.

Things don’t come as quickly as we think they should, things don’t turn out like we think they should, bills come faster than finances, or maybe we just don’t think we are good enough. Let me tell you this my friend, that’s stinkin’ thinkin’. Stop it right now. Get back in God’s good graces. He hasn’t changed His mind about you. You let the devil sneak a thought or two in or maybe rough times have you down.

Come home my friend. God is waiting for you with open arms. I don’t care how long you have stayed away from church, you are always welcome to come back. I got my sensitive teenager feelings hurt by the pastor I grew up under. I stopped going to church for thirty-seven years. You read that right. 37 years, I stayed away from church except for weddings or funerals. I was welcomed back with open arms. You will be too.

God loves you. He wants you prosperous and happy. He wants your love and obedience. Are you willing? Will you give God your obedience? Will you love Him?

Something to think about. It must have been pretty important to God because this wrote itself so that’s how I know without a doubt that it was God.
