Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

I play a game online. It’s where you find the right letter by numbers. It has sayings and different things to figure out. One of them yesterday was this, “The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The realist adjusts the sails.”

Which are you? Do you complain about things or do you expect them to change? Or do you adapt and go on?

Maybe stop a minute and think about it before you complain or just expect it to change. Think about adapting to whatever is going on.

Think about what Jesus would do. Would He complain about it or work it out? I think we all know the answer to that. He would fix it. So the next time something comes up, adapt. Adjust the said and move on.
