I have been fighting some battles lately. The devil has been trying to discourage me.

There’s a song called The Battle Belongs to You by Phil Wickham:

There is absolutely nothing that can stand against the power of God. He wins every battle, every time. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing stands in His way. Nothing he won’t move. We just have to ask and believe.

Sometimes the things that trouble us tend to drag us down, discourage us. It’s really easy to get discouraged now days. The government has gone crazy, things are in short supply. People are starting to hoard again. I had to have some blood work done yesterday prior to some tests I have to get done. I’m a hard stick. They usually use what’s called a butterfly needle. The hospital doesn’t have any. They are backordered. Makes you wonder what other needed supplies they don’t have.

But the health battles I am fighting, the financial battles, the weight battle, they are all in God’s hands. I am letting Him fight them for me. Am I worried things won’t turn out ok? No! God is in control. How can they not turn out ok if He is taking care of them?

So if you are fighting battles today, write them down. Then give them to God. Then thank Him for taking care of them. As for me, I am kicking the devil to the curb. I stand against his schemes and plots. And I am letting God sort it all out.

I pray everyone will have the courage to fight back. Take back what has been stolen.
