I’d rather be a servant in my Father’s house, than a ruler in Satan’s domain;
I would never hand over my eternal soul for the world’s riches and fame.
How can anyone ever prefer what Satan has to offer;
I want to be caught up when Christ comes back to collect His sons and daughters.

I’d rather be a foot-soldier in the army of God, being all that He wants me to be;
Than to be Satan’s general for even one second, no matter what he promises me.
What matter if you gain the world but lose your eternal soul;
That’s exactly what will happen to you, if Satan takes control.

Heaven or Hell which shall it be … the choice is yours to make.
God gives you His undying love, while Satan just takes and takes.
I’d rather be a servant in my Father’s house, than be a ruler in Satan’s domain;
I have washed myself in the Living Water, I am Christ’s to claim.
