Safety Deposit

by | May 24, 2004 | Salvation, Trust

In Australia we have had night banking facilities for many years. Having never needed to use them I am not an expert, but it looks incredibly simple.

On the outside wall of the bank is a metal section that has a keyed draw opening out. The bank provides a key for it’s business clients needing to offload cash outside banking hours.

To use this service customers simply bring the counted cash, use their key to open the draw, drop in money and then close the draw. It’s self-locking, so having left their stash, they merely walk away, trusting the bank with their deposit.

I assume they then visit the bank during normal working hours to formalise the cash deposit.

Your life is so much more important than banking money.

Don’t worry about banking hours; you can deposit your life continually in God’s hands. It’s as simple as accepting Him as your Saviour, Rescuer, Lord of your life! He is trustworthy, reliable and all-sufficient!

Here’s the way to make a ‘safety deposit’ of your life…

“If you will humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, in His good time He will lift you up. “ 1 Peter 5:6

TODAY, make a safety deposit in God… trust Him!
