Dancing Through Life

by | Jun 4, 1999 | Guidance, Poem, Relationship

Day may seem just alright, putting on my jigging shoes.
As I swirl I’m gonna trample those blues.

They won’t have a chance to slow me.
Watch me tap dance so very carefree.

When life seems to get me in a rut so deep.
I’ll dance on by, no time to sweep.

I’ll polka, watch my feet fly.
Tango with me, your troubles will pass by.

Dancing through life, I will square dance with the two step.
With the Lord by my side, there’s no need for a partner’s help
