“Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”

I was watching television the other night. It was a fictional show about rescue workers. The statement, “How many people has been saved because of what you’ve done?” They were talking about saving someone’s life. But apply that statement to leading someone to the Lord. You lead one person, that person leads another person and so on and so on. Before you know it a multitude of people have been led to the Lord, all because of that one person you talked to.

Can you truthfully say you have talked to someone about the Lord? Have you told them about God’s love for them? There are times I have a problem talking to people I don’t know. But there shouldn’t be a problem talking to someone about God’s love for them and how to be saved.

“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”

Copy this prayer, keep it with you. Use it as a guide to lead a lost soul to the Lord. I don’t think you will regret it. I never have. Have a great day everyone and spread the good news about our Lord.
