Stop it!
He's a liar!
If you are saying to yourself...
"This is it,"
"No more,"
"I'm finished,"
"I
just can't make it!"
Stop it!
He's a liar!
If
things didn't turn out the way you thought they would and you think this
is the end of the story.. Stop it!
He's a liar!
You are
facing mountains of debt. Your marriage has failed. You lost your job.
Your business failed. You are losing your home.
Don't lie down in
defeat. Don't give up because the world says it's impossible to get back
up on your feet again.
The world is a liar, too.
You're in
a corner and it's dark and you are afraid.
There's only one voice
you are hearing and it's telling you that you are a failure, worthless,
no good.
You are stripped down to nothing that remotely resembles
the life you once had or the one you always dreamed of living.
The voice is telling you you're a loser. You screwed up and there's no
sense in ever trying again.
Do you believe in God?
If you
are thinking He has turned His back on you...that's a lie.
If you
think he doesn't love you...that's a lie.
If you think your sin
is unforgiveable and you are being punished?
That's a lie.
Do you for a moment think that all that negative, destructive
thinking is coming from Him?
NEVER!
Here's what God is
saying.
"You can do this!"
"I believe in you!"
"You
are worthy"
"You are my child"
"I will never leave your
side"
"There is nothing you can't do."
"The bigger the
challenge, the bigger the rewards!"
"The Lord directs the steps
of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they
may stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand."
Psalm 37:23-24
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you; be not
dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I
will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Psalm 32:8 "I will
instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you
with my eye upon you."
If you are not hearing that Voice then you
are listening to the liar.
Don't listen to the world. Don't
listen to the lies. If you are hearing a voice that is destructive,
negative, demeaning, hopeless, tune it out.
Call upon the One,
the only One who will show you that there is so much more ahead in your
life. He will open your eyes to the truth of the plans God has for you
still.
Get up!
Stand Up!
Tell the liar to shut up!
If you are face down in the dirt, beat up and weak, you are ripe for
voice of the liar.
Listen closely. There is One who speaks to you
every day about the good in you.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 "So we do
not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is
being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is
preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we
look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen.
For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are
unseen are eternal."
Satan is the "father of lies" in that he is
the original liar.
Satan has told more lies to more people (and
even angels) than any being ever created. His success depends on people
believing his lies.
Now, What are you going to do?
Believe
the liar or the Truth?
Get Up! Look Up! Believe in the One Who
believes in you.
"You can do this!"
"I love you!"
"I believe in you!"
