I feel like I am brand-new. Truly I am flying like an eagle. Bye-bye
sleep apnea. Goodbye sleeplessness. Adieu panic attacks. Arrivederci
nose drops. Adios back pains. Welcome fresh breathing. Hello exercise.
Benvenuto restful repose during the night. Bienvenido seasons, as they
each are truly beautiful! I am alive and full of energy, as God's Holy
Spirit has truly revived me for the better. Hallelujah!
Still
this deliverance didn't come without resistance. Zoplicone, also known
as Lunesta, which was the culprit of my anxiety and panic attacks didn't
take it kindly when I tried to gradually reduce the dosage. Every time I
did so, panic would invade me for several days. I had to literally
depend on my Heavenly Father not to cave in. Only through Him was I able
to withstand.
"Every God-begotten person conquers the world's
ways. The conquering power that brings the world to its knees is our
faith. The person who wins out over the world's ways is simply the one
who believes Jesus is the Son of God." (1John 5:4-5, MSG)
This
made me aware that with any breakthrough, we can expect to always be met
with resistance from the evil one. He will do anything to thwart our
victory: "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around
like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." (1Pet 5:8, NIV2)
This is why it is so important not to lose sight of where God is
heading us, and so we can: "Resist him (The evil one), standing firm in
the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the
world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings." (1Pet 5:9, NIV2)
Victory will be ours if we put our faith where it belongs: In our
Father in Heaven Himself.
Are you close to a breakthrough? Be
warned: you will meet resistance. No way does the evil one want to see
you victorious. Don't let the defeated one hinder you, the One who
conquered him guarantees your victory, as long as you don't give up.
Surrendering means you trust more in the enemy than in God Himself: "But
thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus
Christ." (1 Cor 15:57, NIV)
Would you like to fly like an eagle?
Trust solely on our Heavenly Father. He is the only One who truly cares
for you.
Who will you trust?
