I was researching Valentines Day. I didn’t know it had a dark history. I always thought it was a made-up day to celebrate the one you loved. I won’t go into the history except to say it was named for St. Valentine.
I did read that Valentines Day can be very expensive. It can also cause depression and loneliness for those who are single. It can make people feel unloved. But it doesn’t have to. Turn to Jesus. He loves you every day unconditionally. It doesn’t have to be a holiday for Jesus to love you.
Do you love Jesus? He is waiting for you with open arms.
