I heard a song yesterday on my way home from church. I don’t remember ever hearing it before, but it sure got my attention — “We Just Need Jesus” by Terrian:

Have we all gone mad? Have we lost our minds?
What used to be wrong, we say that it’s right.

It’s true. We just need Jesus. Every hour, every day, we need Jesus. Jesus fights for us, He goes before God pleading our case for us. Jesus is all we need. When the cares of this world get you down, who do you run to? I run to Jesus. There is no one like Him. He heals us, He loves us. He will do just about anything for us.
I will tell you, though, if you have been praying for something and it’s not coming, maybe the answer is no. Or maybe He just wants you to wait and be patient because something better is coming. But no matter what, we just need Jesus. With Him, the cares of the world vanish.
