“No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you.”

On the way to church yesterday, I was listening to the radio. It seemed like one song after another about how God never fails. I will tell you, I was feeling defeated. It’s hard to be upbeat and positive with bills staring you in the face and no way to pay them. But God used those songs to remind me He is still in control. He is still taking care of me. Has a sudden windfall come in? No. But I am confident God will not let me down. He never has, even though it has been last minute in my mind, He was on time.

God has a plan. He is stretching me in my faith. He is seeing how far I trust Him. It’s time for me to have another growth spurt. It’s time for me to go higher. 

As I am sitting here writing this, I can feel God beside me. I can feel His love surrounding me. I feel safe and loved. So don’t let failure be a part of you. Put your faith in God and see what He can do in your life, too.
