Do you need 3 signs and 4 wonders before you believe a miracle? Sometimes, that is my mindset. I know better. God hasn’t stopped in the miracle business. He is still performing miracles every day. It’s our fault we doubt it.

I am just as guilty, if not more so. I have seen God’s wonder working power in my life and others. But as soon as a little trouble comes, we doubt God hears us. I have been through the ringer, so to speak the last few months. It seemed like it went from bad to worse. But I know God is working. I know He is taking care of me.

But it just doesn’t always seem like it. And I know that’s what the devil wants me to think. He wants me to think God has deserted me. But He hasn’t.  If I don’t feel Him close, it’s me, not God. I have let issues of the world in, and that has distracted me from what really matters. And that is God. God needs to be THE MOST important thing in our lives. Not second to your spouse and kids. God needs to be first. Then others. 

So if the weight of the world is getting you down and you need a miracle. Look up! “I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” (Psalm 121:1-2 ESV)
