“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

“No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you.”

(Joshua 1:5 ESV)

We sang the song “Jesus Never Fails” yesterday at church: 

“Jesus never fails.
Jesus never fails.
All the days of my life, you’re there. 
You’re the Lord of promises. 
You’re the Lord of promises.
How can I give thanks to thee?”

I could really feel Jesus take hold yesterday. He was there ministering to us through the word and song. It was a sweet time of fellowship. Jesus never fails to show up and minister to people there. Sometimes it’s only one person but that person really needed it at that moment.

I don’t care what you are going through, Jesus is there with you. When you are weary of fighting, lean on Jesus and let Him work it out for you. Lean on those strong, loving arms and rest in the knowledge that He is holding you and fixing things for you.

So no matter what is going on in your life, lean on Jesus because He never fails.
