“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”(Isaiah 43:2 ESV)
“And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”(Romans 8:28 ESV)
Have you ever felt all alone? I have many times, but I do live alone. But I am never really alone. There is someone who is always with me. No matter how alone or lonely I may feel. God is with me.
There’s a song called Never Walk Alone:
“When you walk through a storm. You Never Walk Alone by Gerry and the Pacemakers
Hold your head up high.
And don’t be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm.
There’s a golden sky.
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind.
Walk on through the rain.
For your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart.
And you’ll never walk alone.”
Don’t be afraid of the storm. Don’t be afraid to be alone. Some of my best times are when I am alone with God. So remember. Next storm, keep walking because you are not alone.
Have a great day.
