“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”
“For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, ‘Fear not, I am the one who helps you.’”
(Isaiah 41:13 ESV)
There’s a song called Waymaker, by Maranda Curtis:
“Way maker,
(Waymaker by Maranda Curtis)
Miracle worker,
Promise keeper.
Light in the darkness.
My God, that is who You are.”
Going through something? God will make a way. He always does. It’s just up to us if we will open ourselves to His plan.
Need a miracle? God is still doing them every day. He isn’t running short of miracles.
Promise keeper. If God has ever made you a promise, He will keep it. You can trust that.
Light in the darkness. God is light. He illuminates everything. He will shine a light on the darkness around us so we can find our way.
This is who God is. He’s our waymaker, miracle worker, promise keeper, and light in the darkness. That is my God. He has never broken a promise to me. He makes a way where I don’t see a way out. He’s my waymaker and most definitely a light in the darkness.
I really like this song. The first 2 lines of the first verse are:
“You are here. Turning lives around.”
God can turn your life around if you will just let Him. He can completely change your life. The second verse says:
“You are here Mending every heart.”
Does your heart need to be mended? Has it gotten broken or turned hard because of how someone treated you? Turn to God. Let Him heal every broken part. He wants to be the center of our lives. We just need to let Him.
Can you turn your life over to God? Can you trust Him to take all the broken pieces and put them back together again? Do you trust Him to take care of you? He will, you know. Just surrender all to Him. Let God work it out for you. He will, you know.
Have a blessed day, everyone.
