“The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desire of those who fear him; he also hears their cry and saves them.”
(Psalm 145:18-19 ESV)
“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
(2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV)
I saw this on, yes, Facebook yesterday. I wanted to share it. I needed to hear, and I’m sure others do too.
“One day, I had my young son go get something out of my car for me. He goes out, and it’s taking forever. Then he comes back in with a crazy look on his face. I said “what’s wrong? He said, “Dad, I accidently locked the keys in the car.” He said, “I’m sorry.” I said son come out here with me.” I took him to the car. I said, “You see these numbers on the door?” He says yes. I said, “it’s all good,” and pressed the code and all the doors unlocked. The moral of the story is this. Sometimes, we feel like we make huge mistakes in life. You may even cry about it. But please just go tell your Father. I guarantee you He has the code to help you fix the situation. I hope this helps somebody today.”
Tell your problems to our Heavenly Father. He has the solution to fix them all. We don’t need to worry. We don’t need to fret.
God has all the answers. Just give Him a call. Let Him work them out.
I am learning that I need God a lot more than He needs me. God doesn’t need me, but He wants me. And that makes it all worth it to me.
Have a blessed day, everyone.
