We had tornados in the area Saturday. Tornados can and did cause a lot of damage. On my way to church I saw a police officer blocking the road. I had to detour around that area. Sometimes in life we have to take a detour. I think God puts detours in our life to avoid something the devil is planning.

The devil plans things to take our attention off of God. We need to be on guard at all times so we don’t follow after the devils plans. God putting a detour in our path could save us from danger or possibly death before our time. I suggest that when you have a detour in your life, pray about it and ask God if it was His detour. If it isn’t, don’t take it. 

No matter what is going on in your life, pray and ask God for help. He is there waiting for you to ask for His help.
