Have you had something happen unexpectedly? Something you wasn’t expecting? Or even something you needed but couldn’t afford? Those are called suddenlys. And they come from God.

God gave me a word Saturday. He said, “Just as the snow came suddenly, so are blessings. So get ready for suddenlys. They are on the way.”

I don’t know about you, but I am ready for some suddenlys. I could use some right about now. I could use some faith building suddenlys. I have noticed that when God sends me a suddenly blessing, my faith grows by leaps and bounds. It makes me feel like Psalm 18:29: “I can run through a troop and leap over a wall.” (ESV)

God likes suddenlys. He likes to surprise his kids with suddenly blessings. I want to encourage you today to watch for the suddenlys in your life. I believe God is going to send suddenly blessings to each of us in the near future and I for one want to be ready to receive them thankfully and graciously.

Get ready to receive. God is sending suddenlys our way.
