“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'”

Google defines salvation as, “Deliverance from sin and its consequences, believed by Christians to be brought about by faith in Christ.”

Where is your faith today? Is in Jesus or the world? Jesus died that we may live. He bore our sins on the cross. Did He die in vane?

I am rereading the book “The Divine Revelation of Hell” by Mary K. Baxter. It’s a very interesting read. It’s also very scary. Jesus took her to hell so she could see it and write about it. Hell has levels and each level is another form of torture. Fire is everywhere and everyone is burning. That is not my idea of a fun time. I don’t really like hot and fire is hot.

Think about when you touch something hot and burn yourself. Now magnify that hurt by a million times. Then  remember it will be for all eternity. It that sounds like a fun time, keep going how a you are and you will end up there for eternity. But if you want to go to heaven, repent, say the following prayer and change your ways.

“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”

Think about eternity. It’s a very long time. Hope to see all of you in heaven.
