It was such a busy day for me yesterday, I almost forgot to write this. I wasn’t doing anything so important I couldn’t write something. I just forgot until it was time for bed.

How many times do we get busy and forget to talk to God? I had a rather nice conversation with him yesterday while cutting up veggies for soup. Then again while I baked some cupcakes. God enjoyed our talk, I hope. I enjoyed it.

But then I always enjoy my talks with my heavenly Father.  Sometimes it’s the I listen while He talks to me. But most times it’s a regular conversation. He tells me things I need to know and He listens to me whine about things. No, I don’t always whine. God loves his children and loves to hear from them. He treasures our conversations with Him more than we know. 

Well think about it. You love to hear from your kids don’t you? So does God. He wants to hear from us. Don’t know what to say? Talk to Him like you do friends or family. He knows everything anyway but He still wants to hear from us. Tell Him your troubles. Tell Him how happy you were when something happened. Be sure to thank Him for things too.

Talk to God. Let Him know you love Him and think about Him. He loves you unconditionally. Don’t make Him wait to hear from you. 

Call him up. His line is never busy. And He is never too busy to talk to you.
