“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
(Ephesians 4:32 ESV)
“And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.”
(Luke 6:31 ESV)
I was a little bored yesterday afternoon so I started scrolling through Facebook. I know, usually a waste of time. But I saw this:
“Life Is An Echo
Author Unknown
What you send, comes back.
What you sow, you reap.
What you give, you get.
What you see in others, exists in you.
Do not judge, so you will not be judged.
Radiate and give love, and love comes back to you.”
There it is in a nutshell. This reminds me of the saying, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I prefer to be treated with respect and courtesy and I try to treat others that way too.
I like the first part of it the best. All of it is good but the first is really good. “Life Is An Echo. What you send, comes back.” That’s a very true statement. What you put out there comes back to you. If you sow seeds of discontent, it comes back to you. But if you sow seeds of contentment and happiness, it will come back to you. I prefer this over discontent.
But really read it. Think about it. And remember, what you sow, you reap as a harvest.
Have a great day everyone.
