Turn Around

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”

(Psalm 55:22 ESV)

“Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”

(1 Peter 5:7 ESV)

Are you having issues and problems? Is the devil on your case? Do you feel like Jesus has walked away?

FYI: Jesus has not walked away. Turn around. He is right there beside you waiting for you to call on Him.

FYI: the devil is on your case. He knows his time is getting short. He is working hard to take your focus off Jesus. He is doing everything in his power to derail you. He doesn’t want you to put your focus on Jesus.

Are you having financial issues, health problems, kids acting out? Join the club. The world is going crazy but you don’t have to. Turn around! Get off that path and back on the one that leads you to Jesus.

Health or wealth, it won’t lead you to the Lord. Only you can make the decision how your life goes. Choose wisely. There are consequences to your decision. One choice is to choose to follow Jesus and end up in heaven. The other choice is to go it on your own, ignore Jesus. Then you will spend eternity in hell, in eternal torment. The choice is yours.

If you choose Jesus, say this prayer:

“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”

Did you pray the prayer? Did you mean it? If so, start serving Jesus. Do what you are called to do without griping or complaining or playing the poor me game. Proverbs 17:22 says, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.”

Have a great day and stay joyful!
