“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
(Psalm 18:2 ESV)
“He said, ‘The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer.'”
(2 Samuel 22:2 ESV)
I had a visitor the other night. I was praying with my prayer partner and her husband over the phone. I felt a peaceful feeling wash over like a wave. In the corner by my front door I sensed an angel. I could feel him there in my spirit.
I have on many occasions felt angels around me or heard them singing with us at church. It seems that God will send an angel to comfort me when I am going through something or about to go through something.
God is my rock. He takes care of me.

I prefer to be grounded on the rock as apposed to sinking sand. Sinking is never fun.
God is my fortress in times of trouble. I run to Him and He will protect me, He shields me from harm. He is my rock! He is unmovable. He will help us weather whatever storm heads our way.
What are you facing today? Is there a storm front moving in on you? Run to Rock and hold tight. God will shelter you and keep you safe.

Have a blessed day everyone. Stay safe and warm.
