“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJ)
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJ)
I was searching for inspiring verses last night when a sight popped up. It claimed it had the most inspiring verses. So I looked. The above verses are the ones that jumped out at me. I don’t care if you go to church or not, but you have to admit that God protects us.
I once heard a self proclaimed Atheist mutter under his breath, “God help me” when faced with a crisis. I believe we have all cried out to God at some point in our lives. You may not admit it but you probably did it at one point or another in your life.
But let me ask you this. Do you ever get mad at God for something that is out of your control? Again, I think we all probably have. But God is there whether we need him or not. Or should I say whether we think we need him or not. We always need God. We don’t always admit it, but we all need him, every day, all day.
Do you put God front and center in your life? We need to. God works things out better for us when we put Hhim first. So I am going to encourage you today to take a step back and let God lead. He will lead you on the right path.
Have a blessed day everyone.
