Last week my wife and I excitedly arrived at a function where a well-known and very popular speaker was presenting. We took our seats half way back in the auditorium, and were quickly absorbed by the excited buzz of the crowd, enjoying watching the people and just simply soaking atmosphere.

Just prior to proceedings beginning a couple arrived – a petite lady and a giant male partner. And you guessed it!! The larger gentleman sat right in front of me, as the emcee began his introductory remarks.

So for the rest of the evening I twisted and contorted from side to side trying to catch a glimpse of the exciting voice I was listening to. Could I have done anything else?

Be careful…religion can be like this gentleman! It too can get in the way of what you are truly seeking – Jesus Christ!

My suggestion… get up and move!
