Father here we are struggling today
So many things  to tell you as we pray  
Some are in financial bondage
Oh how this can build a bridge

Send us to your word, to read and to dig  
Many of your children have little food
No place to live, there is no school  

Someone was abused just a moment ago
Children are crying ,cannot understand
Parents are separating, they just don’t know
Why they are struggling so  

Jobs were lost oh what a blow
No reason except you just have to go
We are struggling Lord  

To the ones that are struggling please let them know
To you they should turn,  a safe place to go  
So many sick folks that are limping around
Some are blind and others cannot hear a sound
We are struggling Lord  

Help us today as we take the focus off self
Look around  and see how we are blessed  
Thank you Father for the struggles of life
They help us to grow in you through the strife
Thank you for being there when we need help
You watched us with love as we slept  

Only through you our faith is sustained
We are struggling Lord in so many ways
Keep us close to you through all of our days
We are struggling Lord
